Bite sized taco cups make perfect party appetizers. Ingredients include ground beef, cheese, sour cream, green onions, tomatoes, and seasonings, all loaded into a wonton wrapper and baked to perfection.
Taco Wonton Cups
Notes:
I like to add the sour cream to a piping bag, then just snip off the end, and piping it into the cups. But, you could just use a spoon.Please check out bottom of the post (under the directions) if you’d like to see photos of the entire cooking process.

Ingredients:
1/2 lb ground beef2 tbsp taco seasoning12 wonton wrappers⅓ cup sour cream⅓ cup cheddar cheese, shredded1 roma tomato, diced1 green onion, green part sliced

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.Add the ground beef to a skillet and brown over medium heat, chopping as it cooks, until all of the meat is browned. Drain grease.While the meat is cooking, dice the tomato, and cliche the green part of the onion.Grease the cavities of a muffin tin, and set the wonton wrapper inside, gently pressing to the sides to form a bowl.Stir the taco seasoning into the meat mixture, and divide evenly between the wonton cups.Bake for 10-12 minutes.Remove from the oven, and top with sour cream, cheese, tomatoes, and onion.
